This is based on 3 types of interviews:

  • An interview with the Recruitment Department
  • An interview with the Direct Manager
  • A final interview with a member of the extended Executive Committee

During the integration period of a new recruit, the direct manager will set up an appropriate and adapted training programme. At ExperBuy, our priority is to recruits persons who are motivated, interested and concerned.

Procurement officer

You lead, organize and coordinate staffs for whom you are hierarchical superior, and in particular

  • Assign tasks 
  • Provide support and training, 
  • Manage absences, leave and site safety 
  • Perform Annual assessment interviews 

You ensure data quality of information system, ERP and manual
You apply and ensure compliance with ExperBuy procedures and those linked to assigned operations

Procurement Consultant

Job related skills: procurement & purchasing processes & environment; Management.

You meet contractual targets agreed with assigned clients, and ensure satisfaction of assigned clients
Linguistic: Advanced level in English and/or in German
Computer: SAP skills mandatory (training provided); others ERP experience appreciated; MS Office (Excel, Word…), Internet & Emails

You analyse activity using available tools, in particular ERP, define corrective actions and implement these with the approval of the line manager.
